How long does the AI implementation take?
Not years, not months. Depending on the scale of which you decide to implement SELKO into your business, the process will only take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
Can you redesign an existing infrastructure instead of building new?
Absolutely. We can update pre-existing out of date websites, long and tedious tasks which have tried to be automated but are just not quite there yet, improve and update slow and unengaging social media content.
Will it replace my staff?
Depending on how much you hate them. Just kidding! No, if you like the idea of a physical human behind the tasks then that's absolutely fine. What SELKO does do is remove the repetitive admin, and the tedious process of dealing with time wasters, bringing only authentic traffic, with the long processes such as collecting customer information such as name and purpose for reaching out automatic — so staff spend time on what actually needs a human.

What if it breaks?
Covered under the build and maintenance cost — allow up to 48 hours for an issue to be responded to and up to 1 week for the issue to be resolved and processes to be returned to normal.
